What kind of one a day tablet is best for hormones, clear skin and getting rid of acne.
like vitamin c, e? or best hormone balence which will help, what helped you?
When I had that problem (acne so bad it was scary) I used zinc supplements from the local health store and it worked wonders!
Everyone is different but that really worked for me (my mum read in a magazine - I think it was Zest - that a zinc deficiency in your diet can cause acne that no amount of exercise, dieting or prescriptions for the doctor will get rid of). Although obviously those things as well...
If the zinc supplements don't work (if you can't find them, then anything with zinc in, like zinc and copper supplements will help) you could always experiment yourself. As long as the supplier is reliable and you read the labels, there will be no risk to your health =D
What would happen if I only drank water, took vitamin tablets, and fish oil tablets for one month.?
I am FAT..... I have way to much unsolvable acne and Im SICK of it... Im only drinking water and Im taking centrum, and fish oil tablets for a month and I want to know where it will get me... Dont give me any of that "Dont starve yourself crap" cuz i dont care and Im doing it..... Helpful answers will be well appreciated Thx
Ohhh... I forgot to add that I will be jogging everyday.... For like 10-20 minutes
