Wheat Dairy Acne

What on earth do I eat to lose weight & acne?

I know this sounds really foolish and I'm going to get spazzed at for believing everything but prom's in a month and I really want to lose a size. So I'm trying to lose weight for one. Because my face is really prone to acne, I believe that my diet affects it. I'm eating healthy as of now which includes things like whole wheat bread, fruits & vegetables. I kind of cut out dairy because I heard it's linked to acne. But now I'm not losing weight. Why? Because everything I'm eating is full of carbs. I don't know what to eat anymore. I need to lose both really quick.
Should I just continue and cut down?
Help :(

Skip the dairy, eat lots of green leafy vegetables and start calorie counting.

Drink only water. Exercise for a minimum of one hour a day med-high intensity. Do exercises whenever you can eg, take the stairs, do sit ups in ad breaks, do 10 push ups after you go to the toilet, stay active.

Don't eat sugar, aside from apples, strawberries and don't eat too much.

Eat 5 small meals/snacks a day.

Drink at least 2L water a day and don't use harsh cleansers or moisturisers on your face- go organic.

Talk to a beautician about your skin and see if there is something you can do that will heal it within a month. Good luck, you can do it!

I am trying a dairy, refined sugar, and wheat-free diet to clear my acne.?

I have no idea if it will work for me, but am going to give it a try. I'm not sure what constitutes a wheat product, however. Help?

Hi. I would like to suggest hte book "the SKin Type solution" u can find it at your library. It may help.
Changing your diet CAN help your skin all over, not just the face bc certain vitamins, nutrietns and minerals have different effects on th skin. and bad things like refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup and additives are poison for the body.

I cant be specific on wheat free, but Gluten Free is ALWAYS wheat free and I have lots of info on that bc I have Celiac Disease.
