go to the doctor. and try to keep your mouth away from other people so they don't contract it. it would be good to ask your doctor for something to help it or it might get worse.

Explanation Of The Three Stages Of Acne
There are three stages of acne. Left untreated, acne will advance through the stages until it becomes stage three, which is the most difficult to treat. In this stage, if the acne is not treated or is treated improperly, the sores may burst and you may be left with scars that never go away.
The first stage is when blackheads (little white bumps with a black center or head) and whiteheads (light colored bumps with a white center) form. If these places are not treated, they can advance to second or third stage quickly. To understand more about the stages, it is important to understand some terminology.
First, a papule begins. This is a pus filled place. The pus comes from skin cells that have died but were not sloughed away or expelled bacteria which can cause infection, and white blood cells. A papule can burst relatively easily. If the pustules appear over a sebaceous hair follicle, you may notice the bump has a hair growing out the center of it.
Next, a nodule may develop. Nodules grow deeper into the skin level than papules. They swell slightly and are usually red in color. If a nodule is too deep in the skin the inner layers may be affected and permanent scarring may occur.
Last is the cyst. It is larger than a nodule and this is when the acne becomes severe. White blood cells and dead skin make up the cyst. Since the cyst is deep into the skin, many people have scarring that will not go away.
