I've been considering crystal microdermabrasion and was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions?

I am only 17 so my skin isn't wrinkled or anything, I would just like it to even out my skin tone and get rid of black and white heads.
Firstly, since I am only young, can I get away with one treatment say every month?
Will the results mean that I won't have to wear foundation?
Will it help with the odd spot?
