Is this true about "Head and Shoulders" shampoo?


It has zinc and can help body acne if washed on body in shower?
Acne is a bacterial infection, not fungal.

perhaps - the main ingredient in head and shoulders is selenium sulfide. there are antifungal ingredients that could result in the treatment of skin blemishes if they are fungal in nature and origin.

Head and Shoulders for acne?


I recently started using clinique 3 step which broke my face out....I never had acne, and then all of the sudden it was like an acne party on my face. I stopped using it after a month! I heard that Head and Shoulders works wonders for acne in a short period of time. But, Head and Shoulders has regular shampoo with zinc and Intensive Treatment with Selenium Sulfide. Which is the better ingredient? How long does it take to get results? Thanks in advance!

i never heard about head and shoulders getting rid of acne. But what worked for me was apple cider vinegar, it took 2 days to see the difference and about a week or two to get rid of my acne

every night after washing my face i patted my face with apple cider vinegar using a cotton ball. oh i some times did it in the morning. i don't wash it off just sleep with it. And i also used aspirin for the big pimples.
