Zone Pore scrub

Pore minimizing / skin correcting suggestions?

I used to have really bad acne, but for the most part its all gone now. Although, i still have scars and some red spots on my face from the acne. Also, my pores are huge in areas like my nose, on my cheecks, chin, and my forehead ( my T zone as some call it ). I get blackheads because they're so big!

Does anyone have any suggestions for any specific lotions/creams/etc that can minimize my pores? AND, also any products that can even out my skin tone? Thanks!

NOTE-
- i do exfoliate my face with a deep pore scrub, every day ( burts bee's, it works at making my skin feel extra soft, but blackheads are still an issue.)
- i have also used neutrogenas blackhead eliminating scrub, it didnt work for me
- i am aware that you cant permanently minimize your pores

Make it natural and simple. Use egg whites on your face like a mask for 5-10 minutes. It will really tighten your face.

How to get rid of dehydratation on the face ?

Hi :)
I have naturally a combination skin : very dry on the edges of my face and on the cheeks,
and an oily T zone with acne and open pores on the sides of the nose.
My problem is that my skin is dehydrated all over and particularly on my T zone where I have acne.
My pimples are very very dry and I feel like I have a layer of dryness on top of my skin all the time.
Also, I am afraid that if I use something too aggressive for exfoliate my t zone, it would be even more dehydrated.

My skincare routine is to use a milk cleanser, then a tonic for sensitive/dry skin, then a Non-comedogenic moisturizer for dehydrated/dry skin. I also exfoliate my skin twice a week with a gentle scrub.

Does someone have also this problem ?
Is there any specific products for very dry areas on the face ?

Sorry for my english by the way, I am not a native speaker :(
I hope i am understandable.

I know that Spa de Soleil has a bunch of cleansers and other products that are specifically designed for certain types of skin. A lot of them are organic too! I like the Glyco Cleanser. Here's a link: http://store.spadesoleil.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1
